I BRIEF ‘SUMMARY "AND ANALYSIS
* Observer sighted a red object which was about as bright as
Venus. The object then seemed to be yellow and flashed red
occassionaly. The ov ject seemed to stop at fimes, hover, and

streak from the object. After several seconds he spotted a
