CQIWENTS: The most likely stimulus was a helicopter with an
unusual lighting system. However a check of the Lj airports in
the area revealed that 3 definitly did not have any helo'uws
detduisy in the eres and the other had destroyed flight records
ifor that date and was therefore unable to say if any a opto)
