11. COMMENTS
It is concluded that sighting resulted
when 2 refueling mission occurred in
Panda Bear refueling sector. Pattern
of lights described by witnesses was
| probably those of tanker. Direction of
Panda Bear sector parallels that of
course taken by UFO. Is no evidence
