BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS
Observer watched two amber colored objects ascend and
descend on a vertical plane, The objects were going
cn and off like a light being turned off. Each objeck
lowed brightly then disappeared,
Th a description is consistent with that of an astro-
Comical observation. The investigating official feels
